My mascara is dry & clumpy but I've only used it a few times

Go easy on the fibers application. Applying too much of the dry fibers can cause a build-up of fibers in the Transplanting Beeswax Mascara Gel tube. After the first several uses of your Fiber Lash Extension kit, there may be a build-up of fibers in the Transplanting Mascara Gel tube so you don’t need to apply the fibers every time. Simply apply a few coats of the gel instead. You’ll still achieve longer lashes without the spidery look.

If you find that the Transplanting Beeswax Mascara Gel is too dry, you can add a few drops of eye drop solution in the tube. It’s a common beauty hack that helps keep the Transplanting Beeswax Mascara Gel fresh. It’s important to use eye drop solution, NOT water, as the eye drops have a more silky viscosity than water and blend well with the Transplanting Beeswax Mascara Gel without watering it down. It’s also approved and safe for eye use.
