My customer wants to return a product for a refund/exchange. What should I do?

Customers who purchase Cherry Blooms from a retailer are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee for the Fiber Brows, Eyeliner and Matte Lips Volumizer, or 60 days for the Fiber Lash Extensions. In the event that your customer is unhappy with the product, he/she may exchange it for a new product (if the product is faulty) or get a refund within 30/60 days since the date purchased by the customer. Salons/Spas must comply with the money back guarantee and let the distributor (whom you’ve purchased from) know so we can add a credit note for your next order of Cherry Blooms.
