Ordered an incorrect item

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, you are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. We request that all goods are returned within 30/60* days of the date we sent to you. Customers are responsible for the postage and handling costs of the returned product.
