Refunds

If you change your mind and wish to return a product, please click here to fill in the Product Returns form online. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to Cherry Blooms. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the product is faulty. 

Any returns need to be returned in one shipment. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. 

Refunds will be paid through PayPal or credit card, whichever payment method was used at the time of the purchase. 
Please note, credit card refund may take 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account. 

For overseas purchases, the customer will need to pay for the return of the product if they wish to exchange or receive a refund. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.
